Ordering
How do I get a quote?
Submit a request through our Request a Quote page or from any product page. Include the product, estimated quantity and any specification details (gauge, dimensions, print requirements) and our team will follow up by email.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The submitted order guidance lists 3 metric tons for film and 50,000 pieces for PE bags. Other formats and custom specifications are confirmed through an inquiry.
Do you list prices on the website?
We do not publish prices online. Pricing depends on specification, quantity and current material costs, so we quote each inquiry individually after reviewing your requirements.
Samples
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. Use the Get a Sample option on a product page and tell us the dimensions, material and any print or finish requirements you'd like the sample to reflect.
Is there a cost for samples?
Samples are charged. The submitted terms state that the sample charge can be credited or returned when a bulk order is placed; shipping details are confirmed with the request.
What is the sample lead time?
The submitted sample lead time is 7–10 days, subject to the requested material, dimensions and print or tooling requirements.
Production
Can you match a custom size, gauge or color?
Yes. Most of our film, bag and foam products are produced to order — including custom gauge, dimensions, print artwork and, for EPE foam, custom cavity shapes. Share your specification through the inquiry form and we will confirm feasibility.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on the product, specification and quantity ordered, and whether tooling, printing or foam-cutting design work is involved. We confirm a specific lead time once your order specification is finalized.
How many production lines do you operate?
We run 6 production lines across 3 workshops, including 3 blown film extrusion machines and 3 bag-making machines, supporting a combined output of roughly 100 tons per month.
Shipping
Do you handle export shipping?
We prepare orders for export shipment. Shipping method, incoterms and documentation are confirmed with you directly once an order is placed.
Can you ship mixed-product orders?
Yes, orders combining multiple products — such as film, bags and foam inserts — can typically be coordinated together. Mention all items you need in a single inquiry so we can quote them as one order.

The Guangde manufacturing base is at the intersection of Yuefei Avenue and Gongye Avenue, North Economic Development Zone, Guangde, Xuancheng, Anhui, China. The wider Zhixiang organization also coordinates sites in Kunshan and Shanghai.
