Our production process
Extrusion
Resin is blown into seamless tube or flat film on our 3 blown film extrusion machines, with gauge, width and layer structure set per order.
Slitting & Converting
Film is slit to width, flattened into sheeting or fed directly into our 3 bag-making machines for sealed bag conversion.
Foam & Bubble Processing
EPE foam and bubble film are extruded, cut and profiled in a dedicated workshop — including die-cut inserts shaped to your product.
Quality Check & Packing
Finished rolls, bags and inserts are inspected against confirmed order requirements before export packing, with inspection documentation available when requested.
