Film Extrusion Workshop
Houses our 3 blown film extrusion machines, producing seamless PE tube film plus VCI and anti-static formats to the confirmed gauge and width specification.
Bag Conversion Workshop
Our 3 bag-making machines convert film stock into sealed PE, printed, VCI and anti-static bags, cut and sealed to the dimensions each order requires.
Foam & Bubble Workshop
Dedicated cutting and profiling equipment turns EPE foam and bubble film into rolls, sheets, die-cut inserts and edge profiles matched to product contours.
Finished rolls staged for outbound shipping — approximately 3 tons per day leave the site daily.
